Chicken Burger.
This burger can be served with wedges, sweet potato fries, or salad.

Crispy chicken breast, topped with sliced cheese and piled onto soft buns with avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. Quick to make for a midweek meal, great for gatherings, and for a play date with the kids.
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 Chicken patty's
2 burger buns
2 slices of tomato
2 slices of cheese (you can add more slices according to your preference)
Lettuce
1/2 Avocado
Mayonnaise
Cooked Bacon Strips
Marina Braai Salt with Garlic (Sprinkle generously according to your preference.)
Instructions
1. Pour olive oil into a pan and when your oil is hot, put in the patties.
2. Brown both sides of the patties until it's well cooked and remove them from the stove
3. Take 2 Hamburger Buns and cut them in half.
4. Using a knife, spread the mayonnaise on the buns.
5. Put in a slice of cheese, a burger, a slice of tomato, a slice of avocado, and 2 stripes of bacon and lettuce on each bun.
6. Enjoy!
