- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and Marina Lighthouse Salt. Add the eggs, butter, 1/2 cup milk, and honey, and mix until just combined. Be careful to not over mix the batter. If the batter feels thick, add 1/4 cup milk to thin. Fold in the apples.
- Set your air-fryer to 180 degrees and drop tablespoon size balls of batter into your air-fryer for 5-10 minutes or until golden and crisp on all sides. Once nicely cooked, place them on the side to cool down.
- To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and coffee powder. Add a pinch of Marina Lighthouse Salt. Drizzle the glaze over the warm fritters. Eat warm and enjoy.
