Who doesn't love the aroma of freshly baked garlic bread? Today, we're keeping it simple and satisfying with a quick recipe for a mouthwatering garlic loaf made in the air fryer. Elavating the flavour, a dash of Marina Garlic Braai Salt and a pinch of Marina Lighthouse Salt for that perfect balance.

 

Ingredients:

  • Pre-made dough
  • Marina Garlic Braai Salt
  • Marina Lighthouse Salt
  • 2Tablespoon garlic
  • 4 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Chives
  • Flour
  • Cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

 

Instructions:

  • Start by melting the unsalted butter, add Marina Garlic Braai Salt, Marina Lighthouse Salt, 2 tablespoons of garlic, chives, and 3 tablespoons cream cheese. Mix alll these ingredients together and stir until combined.

 

  • Bring out the pre-made dough and begin rolling it into a rectangular shape. Continue to cut mini squares of the dough, gently apply the melted butter mixture ontop of the cut out squares. Add some parmesan cheese on top. Once complete, begin building layers of your dough, to form a loaf.

 

  • Place the loaf dough into the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 180 degrees celcuis and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Once done, let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and enjoy!
