Salad Butternut Spinach And Feta

This salad infused with Marina Sea Salts is a harmonious blend of flavours and textures that will tantalize your taste buds, super quick and easy to make, and will leave you craving for more!

 

Ingredients:

  • Butternut (diced)
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Pecans (roughly chopped)
  • Olive oil
  • Marina Lighthouse Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Braai Salt

 

Instructions:

  • Prepare the butternut:

- Place your nicely diced butter in a pot and boil for about 10 - 15 minutes (until soft).

 

  • Prepare the dressing:

- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Marina Lighthouse Salt and Pepper.

 

  • Assemble the salad:

- In a large bowl, combine the fresh spinach leaves, cooked butternut, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped pecans. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Be sure not to overdress; you can always add more if needed. Gently toss the salad to evenly coat the ingredients with the dressing. 

 

- Add Marina Lighthouse Salt and Pepper, with the Garlic Braai Salt ontop.

 

- Serve immediately and savour the delicious combination of sweet butternut, spinach, creamy feta, and crunchy pecans.

 


This butternut, spinach, feta, and pecan salad is the perfect side dish or a light, healthy meal on its own. It is super easy to make and can be enjoyed with any meal!
