- Place your nicely diced butter in a pot and boil for about 10 - 15 minutes (until soft).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Marina Lighthouse Salt and Pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the fresh spinach leaves, cooked butternut, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped pecans. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Be sure not to overdress; you can always add more if needed. Gently toss the salad to evenly coat the ingredients with the dressing.
- Add Marina Lighthouse Salt and Pepper, with the Garlic Braai Salt ontop.
- Serve immediately and savour the delicious combination of sweet butternut, spinach, creamy feta, and crunchy pecans.
