Ingredients:
- 300 g lean mince
- 1/4 red pepper (diced)
- 1/4 yellow pepper (diced)
- 1/4 orange pepper (diced)
- 1/4 cucumber (diced)
- 1 onion, nicely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- Marina Lighthouse Salt and Pepper
- Marina Peri-Peri Braai Salt
- Marina Coriander Braai Salt
- Large packet of Doritos
- Cheddar cheese (grated)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tinned tomato and onion mix
- Oil
Guacomole:
- Avocado
- Fresh lemon
- Marina Lighouse Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl, place your mince and combine Marina Lighthouse Salt and Pepper, Marina Peri-Peri Braai Salt, and Marina Coriander Braai Salt. Mix well together.
- Combine the seasoned ground beef mince with the tinned tomato and onion mix, making sure not to overdo it with the liquid. A drizzle of oil and 10 minutes in the air-fryer at 185 degress celsuis will have you ground beef mince cooked to perfection.
- Once your mince is nicely cooked, begin with the layers: lay down a foundation of Doritos, followed by a generous portion of your mince mix. Sprinkle a heavenly combination of cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and don't forget the colourful trio of diced peppers and cucumbers. Top it all off with fresh guacamole. Repeat this process until your nacho masterpiece is complete.
- Pop your nachos into the air-fryer for a quick 6 minutes at 190 degrees celsuis. This will give you the perfect blend of crispy and gooey, with all the delicious flavours.
