Chicken Pad Thai

A delectable Chicken Pad Thai that's not only a treat for your taste buds but also a breeze to make at home. Marina Lighthouse Salt and Marina Peri-Peri Braai Salt bring a burst of flavours that will have your family and friends asking for seconds!

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g Udon noodles
  • Thai red curry paste
  • Coconut cream
  • Broccolini
  • Marina Lighthouse Salt
  • Marina Peri-Peri Braai Salt
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  • Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

 

  • Add sliced chicken and some thai red curry paste to the pan and cook until browned. Seson with Marina Lighthouse Salt and Marina Peri-Peri Braai Salt.

 

  • Pour some coconut cream, let it simmer and add in broccolini (optional).

 

  • Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, tossing everyhing together until well combined and heated through. Serve your chicken pad thai hot, garnished with fresh coriander and lime wedges (optional).
