Everyday is pasta day. This Italian dish will fulfil all your cravings. Made using our lighthouse dou, it is the creamest and tastiest dish you have ever tried.
INGREDIENTS
• 500g cooked pasta of your choice
• 250 ml cream
• 150 ml parmesan cheese
• 20 ml butter
• 100 gram sliced mushrooms
• 2 tbsp of Braai Salt with Garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• chopped parsley
METHOD
• In a sauce pan, heat the butter on medium heat. Add the mushrooms and braai salt with garlic. Add the cream. Stir the mixture constantly to prevent burning. Add the parmesan cheese. Stir the mixture gently. This will thicken the sauce. Season with Marina Lighthouse salt and pepper.
• Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta, then add the parsley.
• After dishing the pasta, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with more parsley and serve.
