Marina Sea Salt Hash Browns

Some of the tastiest snacks in the world are prepared using potatoes, so here is a delicious snack made from potatoes that you can also add to your breakfast feast.
Ingredients
3 potatoes
Marina Lighthouse salt and pepper as required
Red chilli powder as required
Cooking oil
 
Instructions
1.    Boil the potatoes
To prepare these delicious hash browns, scrub clean the potatoes with water. Put a heavy-bottomed pot on medium flame. Add potatoes with water and salt to it for boiling.
 
2.    Cook for 10 minutes
Bring it to a boil, lower the flame, and let the potatoes cook for around 10 minutes.
 
3.    Rinse the boiled potatoes
Switch off the flame, drain the water, and rinse potatoes with cold water, so that you can remove their skin without burning yourself.
 
4.    Grate the potatoes
Now, take a large bowl and grate the potatoes in it. Squeeze out water if it is still there and pat dry the grated potatoes.
 
5.    Heat a pan with some cooking oil
Put a pan on medium flame and heat some cooking oil in it.
 
6.    Add seasonings
Season the potatoes with salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder, as per your taste and requirement. Now push down the potatoes using a spatula or spoon and shape them into a patty.
 
7.    Let the potatoes cook
Drop them in batches in the oil. Let the potatoes cook till they start getting brown. It may take about a minute. When one side is cooked, then flip them over and let the other side cook for the same amount of time.
 
8.    Serve with a dip or sauce
Repeat the process till all the hash browns are made. Finally, transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot with a dip or sauce.
