Making toothpaste with sea salt

Did you know that salt is good for your teeth as well? 

It provides minerals that help protect your enamel and this effect is increased when combined with baking soda! Let's make our won toothpaste using Marina Sea Salt. 

Ingredients: 

2/3 cup of baking soda

1teaspoon of Marina Sea Salt

1-2 Teaspoons of peppermint oil

Filtered water 

 Steps to follow: 

Mix together 2/3 cup of baking soda and teaspoon of Marina Sea Salt. Use a fork or whisk to help break up the crumbs of salt. The salt should dissappear in the baking soda.

Add the peppermint oil for taste and begin mixing in the water but a few drops at a time. 

Stir well after each addition of water. You can make it as thick or thin as you like 

Store the toothpaste in a glass container or jar in a cool dry place.
