Forget about dry chicken breats. We have a simple recipe that will take you less than 30 minutes, using Marina Braai Salts of course.
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Marina Braai Salt Garlic
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 Large chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Marina Lighthouse salt
2 cloves of garlic(chopped)
2 teaspoons of parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius.
Use a rolling pin to pound your fillets and make sure they are the same thckness.
Combine sugar, parprika,garlice, parsley, salt, all your spices and powders.
Transfer the chicken to a baking tray lined with foil and toss it with the seasoning.
Drizzle with oil and rub seasoning all over to evenly coat.
Bake chicken in preheated oven for 16-18 minutes.
Remove the foil and grill on hugh heat during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking until golden and crispy.
Remove pan and transfer the chicken to serving plates.
Let is rest for 5 minutes before serving.
