Let's make the famous airfryer braai plate using Marina Braai salt.
You will need an airfryer and a rectangular dish for plating.
Ingredients:
Packet of pork/beef
Packet of boerewors
Vegatable kebabs
Corn
Baguette bread
Olive oil
Braai sauce
Butter
Marina Braai salt with Garlic flavour
Marina Braai salt with Pepper flavour
Marina Braai salt with Spices flavour
Marina lighthouse salt
Parsely
Steps to follow:
Season your beef using the Marina braai salt with spices and pepper flavour.
Take a brush to marinae the beef with braai sauce.
Put the beef in the airfryer at 180 degrees, for 15 minutes.
In the meanwhile boil your corn for 5 minutes. Make sure you break it into smaller pieces.
When your beef is ready, put it aside and apply more sauce for increased flavour.
Now it is time for your boerewors and the veggies. Season the vegetable kebabs and corn with Marina salt and pepper grinders.
Put the boerewors kebabs and corn in the airfryer at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
Once that's done, apply some butter to your veggies.
For your bread;
Cut the baguette in slices.
Mix your butter with chopped parsley and the Marina braai salt with garlic flavour. Mix until it gives you garlic butter.
Spread it on your slices of bread.
Put the slices of bread in the airfryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Dish up and enjoy!
