When it comes to chicken and potato wedges, only taste matters! Marina Braai salt has exactly that. Try this quick and easy meal with Marina Braai salt.
You will need:
Chicken
Potatoes
Marina salt mini grinders
Marina Braai salt with Coriander
Marina Braai salt with Garlic
Marina Braai salt with pepper
4 tbs of melted butter
Parsley
For the marinade:
2 tbs of mayonnaise
3 tbs worster sauce
2 tbs tomato sauce
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs Marina Braai salt with Peri peri
Instructions:
Start by seasoning your chicken with the Marina Braai salt with Coriander, Marina Braai salt with pepper and the Marina Braai salt with Garlic. For extra flavour use the Marina mini pepper grinder too!
Place your chicken in the air fryer and cook at 180 degrees celsius for 12 minutes.
Chop your potatoes into wedges.
Add parsley, pepper and the Marina Braai salt with Peri peri.
Go ahead and pour melted butter to the potatoes or use any oil you want.
Once your chicken is done, place it aside to cool.
Place your potato wedges in the air fryer and cook at 200 degress celsius for 15 minutes.
Take your chicken and marinate with a brush.
Once the potatoes are done, place them aside.
Put your chicken back in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. After 5 minutes, the chicken will have a golden brown sizzling look.
Dish up and enjoy!
